By making a purchase with NYC VINYL, You agree to these terms
- We will never sell or share our customers information.
- Orders that choose Economy shipping will be sent without tracking unless they are over $15 in value or include a 24 inch decal.
- We will replace orders that do not arrive within 4 weeks of the shipping date.(6 weeks for an international address.)
- If a request is made to replace a defective product we will require pictures of the defective product in question.
- We will not replace decals that are ruined by the customer whether by accident or due to a failure to follow included instructions.
- We do not accept product returns for refunds.
- We reserve the right to deny the customer a refund for any reason.
- We will not be responsible for any typing errors made by the customer when they place an order.
- We will not be held responsible for any perceived errors for custom logo decals.
